We're finally getting the upstairs bathroom fixed. The "problem" started with a jammed shower cartridge ... which led to replacing the crappy oval shower rod, putting the shower plumbing in the wall where it belongs, and putting waterproof tiles and a window in the shower.
Then, of course, we decided to replace the ginormous piece of silvered glass with a nice, normal-size mirror, repaint, retile, and dump the crappy countertop with its conjoined-twin sinks.
It's supposed to all be done by Friday. I automatically add 150% to anything a contractor tells me. Cynical or realistic? Stay tuned!
